Introduction

Excel India is a company based in Alipur, Delhi that collects payments internationally from different countries using the Stripe platform. These terms of service (the "Terms") govern your use of Excel India's services.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Excel India's services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Excel India's services.

Excel India may change these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on Excel India's website. Your continued use of Excel India's services after any changes to the Terms will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

Services

Excel India provides a platform that allows you to collect payments from customers in different countries. You can use Excel India's platform to create and manage payment forms, accept payments, and track your sales.

Payments

When a customer makes a payment through Excel India's platform, Excel India will collect the payment on your behalf and deposit it into your Stripe account. Excel India will charge a processing fee for each payment.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Excel India's services, including the software, trademarks, and logos, are owned by Excel India or its licensors. You may not use Excel India's intellectual property without Excel India's prior written permission.

Warranty Disclaimer

Excel India's services are provided on an "as is" basis. Excel India does not make any warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided through Excel India's services.

Limitation of Liability

Excel India will not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of Excel India's services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be held in Delhi, India.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
