Excel India Shipping, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Shipping

The minimum days to process an order will be 1 day with delivery in India within 7 days and delivery outside India within 45 days.

Refunds

Excel India does not offer refunds for orders that have already been shipped. If you need to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order. However, there will be a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fees

If you cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. This fee is to cover the cost of processing your order and the cost of any inventory that has already been purchased.

Exceptions

There are a few exceptions to the refund and cancellation policy. If the order is defective or if there is a problem with the order, you may be eligible for a refund or a replacement. You will need to contact Excel India customer service to discuss your options.
